for local and non-enemy consumption.

Supplies of the above shipped from the United Kingdom after

the 7th April, 1915, must be regarded as available only for retail

sale in Hongkong or for shipment to another British destination.

The exportation of the following articles may be allowed

subject to the restrictions indicated in each case:-
